First, find a metal container with a smooth bottom, and add a little cleaning solution to the container, the cleaning solution is limited to just immersing the stainless steel edge of the print head, and be careful not to let the PCB board come into contact with the cleaning solution. The soaking time generally ranges from 2 hours to 4 days. The advantage is that the drawing effect is good, and it isn't easy to beget physical damage to the UV printer print head.

Distilled water cleaning method.

The scope of application is severe obstruction. The necessary tools are an empty decoded cartridge, a disposable syringe, and a bottle of medical distilled water (purified water can also be used instead). The working principle is similar to that of the pressure washing method. First prepare a decoded empty ink cartridge, a disposable syringe, and a bottle of medical distilled water, use the pressure generated by the siphon action of the syringe to inhale the distilled water, and inject it into the ink cartridge through the air hole of the multifunction printer ink cartridge. The injected distilled water will be sucked out with a syringe so that the remaining ink in the ink cartridge can be cleaned repeatedly.

Ultrasonic instrument cleaning method.

The scope of application is the most severe obstruction. The working principle is to use the ultrasonic cleaning machine to generate strong ultrasonic waves to make the water molecules vibrate violently, shatter the fine dry ink particles and dissolve them in water, to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Gently put the UV printer head into the cleaning machine, and add pure water or special print head cleaning solution, the pure water or special print head cleaning solution should just cover the stainless steel edge of the print head (be careful not to let the PCB board come into contact with the pure water) water or special cleaning solution), it can be quickly cleaned after 10-15 hours after starting the machine. The advantage is that the drawing effect is veritably ideal, the UV DTF printer print head that has been blocked numerous times can be gutted, and the operation is veritably simple.
